I think me and my wife had gotten used to Phil's level of communication and attention to detail and assumed Seth would have same level. Seth responded when we needed and ultimately the house closed with minimal hiccups. But when you're selling your primary asset, you typically want over the top levels of service. It often felt like we were just another deal to close. It was telling that after the closing, we got no call or text to make sure everything was good on our end and officially close out our contract with Real Max.

He was very communicative and responsive to my questions, very personable and easy to work with, generally a super nice guy! The house I fell in love with was a complicated sale and took some time to get over the finish line, but the team I had working to get it closed was very good. Seth met me out the house a couple times to allow contractors in, and gave very good advice when I received reports from the inspection. Overall my experience was a lot more painless because he and Laura/Elsa were working very hard to get the sale completed correctly (the sellers were the issue). I would definitely use them again in the future, and I will recommend them to anyone looking to purchase a house. Thanks so much for everything!

As a first time buyer I had numerous questions and concerns. Seth quickly responded back to us and always reassured us that we could call him with any concerns we might have had.
